Reiki Level 1 Workshop
North Narrabeen, Northern Beaches
Have you always wanted to learn how to channel energy for healing not only for yourself but for others too? Do you feel that there is more to the mind/body connection? Reiki is a fantastic tool to enable you to channel the universal energy that is all around us. It is open to everyone and not linked to any religion. It is a fantastic complement to add to other modalities that you may already practice e.g. massage therapy, kinesiology, reflexology, herbal medicine, counselling.
During the workshop you will receive 3 attunements to the Reiki energy enabling you to give a full Reiki treatment. My teachers are in the direct lineage of Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, so I will be passing this lineage on to you.
What you will learn
- History and origins of Reiki
- Uses of Reiki (in daily life, self healing, on animals and plants)
- The Reiki principles
- Hand positions for a full treatment
- How to incorporate the chakras (energy centres) into your treatment
- Meditation to connect to the Reiki energy and clear your chakras
There will be plenty of time to practice and ask questions.
A comprehensive manual, certificate and follow up support for the following 3 weeks is provided also. There is what’s called a “Healing Crisis” that some people may experience in the 21 days following a Reiki attunement. To support and assist my Reiki students during this time I am available either by email or telephone during this period.

Reiki Level 2 Workshop
North Narrabeen, Northern Beaches
Have you been attuned to Reiki Level One and working with it for a while? Would you like to feel a deeper connection to the Reiki energy? Are you interested in having further tools to use to enable you to expand your level of healing available to both yourself and those you treat? If you answered Yes to any of these questions then now is the time for you to become attuned to the Reiki symbols through the Reiki Level Two.
This level is the next step on from Level One and increases your connection to the Reiki energy. It introduces you to 3 symbols therefore broadening your ability to channel and utilise the Reiki energy. It adds another dimension to both your self-healing treatments and those you give to others. With these symbols you will be able to increase and “lock in” the level of the energy, facilitate higher levels of emotional healing and give healing treatments over distance.

I trained under teachers who were attuned in the direct lineage of the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui. This means that you also will be receiving attunements from this lineage.

Reiki Master/Teacher Level - 2 Day Workshop

Over the 2 days you will learn:
- Master level symbols that will intensify your connection to the Reiki energy
- Meditations
- Goal empowerment
- Advanced techniques to use on both yourself and your clients
- Daily practices
- Crystal work
- How to run a successful Reiki workshop and give all levels of attunements
I also provide support via email or phone for the 3 weeks following the workshop.
How do I know if this level workshop is for me?
Knowing that you are ready to become a Reiki Master and Teacher has to come from your own subconscious, it is not something another person can tell you that you “should” do. However, if you feel you’re interested but unsure about any part of the workshop then I’d love to talk this through with you and help you decide if this workshop is for you.
Being able to pass on this amazing form of energy healing is a gift and can be used at any point in your life when you feel ready and to the people that you feel happy to work with. The choice is always yours. Even if you feel ready to become a Reiki Master but are unsure about the teaching aspect that is completely fine and a common feeling. You are not expected to go out there straight after the workshop and start running workshops, unless of course you want to. This may be something that comes later. It is a skill that you will always have and can use in years to come even if you don’t use it now. My advice is not to be put off the Master level because you’re concerned about the teaching aspect. Give yourself the space to experience what you have learnt after the workshop, meditate on your up levelled skills and wait until it feels right to you. You will know when you are ready to start teaching.

Reiki Share Group
North Narrabeen, Northern Beaches
Come and join our monthly Reiki share group to experience the wonderful healing energies. The group is open to all levels of Reiki practitioners and also to non-practitioners who would like to find out more.
We start the group with an informal chat about Reiki and I will answer any questions you may have. This is followed by a group meditation to centre ourselves and help connect with the Reiki energy. We follow this with 15-20 minute Reiki sessions where each person gets the opportunity to give (if they are a Reiki practitioner) and to receive. There will also be opportunity to share your experiences and ask questions if you would like to.
